Swimcare Refund & Returns Policy

The Short Version: We follow Australian Consumer Law. If it arrives broken or leaking, we’ll fix it fast. If you change your mind, you can return it, but you cover the shipping.

1. Damaged or Faulty Items (The "Leaking Bottle" Rule)

We pack our tanks tough, but couriers can be rough.

  • If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect: Please take a photo immediately and email us at corey@swimcare.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The Fix: We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including shipping) for any major failure or damaged good. We don't want you stuck with a chemical soup you can't use.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for "Change of Mind" within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original seal (essential for safety).
  • Shipping Costs: Because mineral salts and liquids are heavy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
