​1. General Terms

By using this website (swimcare.shop), you agree to these terms. We are an Australian business based on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

​2. Product Use & Safety

Pool chemicals and minerals are powerful.

​Follow Instructions: You agree to use all products strictly according to the label instructions.

​Liability: Swimcare is not liable for damage to pool surfaces, equipment, or personal injury caused by misuse, overdosing, or mixing chemicals incorrectly. Don't play "mad scientist" with your pool water.

​3. Pricing & Availability

We try to keep our inventory accurate. However, if an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you immediately to offer a refund or a pre-order date. Prices are in AUD and include GST.

​4. Shipping & Authority to Leave

If you select "Authority to Leave," Swimcare and our couriers are not liable for theft or damage to the parcel once it has been left at your property.

​5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
