We keep it simple: Fast shipping from the Gold Coast, so you can get back in the pool sooner.

We are proudly based on the Gold Coast.
- Gold Coast Orders: Most local orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Methods
Because pool supplies range from light bottles to heavy mineral bags, we use three shipping methods:
- Standard Post: For lighter items like enzymes, clarifiers, and test kits.
- Heavy Goods Courier: For standard orders of Mineral Salts (up to ~20kg).

Bulk & Pallet Delivery: For large orders (multiple bags/drums).
- Note: Pallet deliveries require a safe place to unload (e.g., driveway or garage). The driver cannot hand-unload pallets. If you have restricted access (steep driveway/apartments), please contact us before ordering.
⏱️ Processing Time
All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves our door.

We pack our tanks tough, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged or leaking:
- Snap a photo immediately.
- Email us at corey@swimcare.shop.
- We will replace it—no headaches, no "chemical soup" excuses.
